Exercise program for Auburn University faculty, students and staff with disabilities
Auburn University offers a free, accessible fitness program for anyone at Auburn with a disability. The group meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Beard-Eaves Memorial Coliseum, room 1129. The fitness program is not a class, but a program that can accommodate those with special needs and allow them to exercise. The fitness program offers accessible weight training, accessible cardiovascular training, assisted exercise and a fun atmosphere. Those with disabilities are welcomed and encouraged to come and check out this free program during program hours. It's a great place to work out and have fun. If you have any questions, please
contact Nancy Gell at gellnan@auburn.edu or leave a message at 844-4483.

start by doing some running or some other form of cardio but other things you may want to include are burpees or other forms of plyometric exercises for both upper and lower body. if you are aiming for GS or GA positions practice your shooting. if your on the wing or centre add in some sprints, GD or GK focus on jumping.
