Forest Ecology Preserve’s fall programs
Preschool Program
The Louise Kreher Forest Ecology Preserve will host "Forest Friends," a six-week program for preschool children. This one-day-a-week program will be available in Tuesday and Friday sessions, beginning Tuesday, Sept. 15, or Friday, Sept. 18, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. This unique educational experience will incorporate hands-on activities with nature and environmental awareness. Sessions will be organized around a different theme each week. Registration is required. The cost is $40 for Forest Ecology Preserve members and $45 for non-members. Fall Frogs Program
The Fall Frogs Program will be on Tuesday, Sept. 22, at 6 p.m. at the Louise Kreher Forest Ecology Preserve.
Celebrate the first day of fall with frog expert Jimmy Stiles. Enjoy a highly entertaining and educational program in the pavilion, then hike out to the pond to listen and to learn frog calls. Admission free to members and $3 for
