September Sustainability e-newsletter now available

Learn about the upcoming Green Lunches including the September talk by Chris Newland, titled "Cleaning the Air has Made Us Smarter, Less Likely to Kill Each Other and May Improve Mental Health," and the October workshop by Mike Kensler, titled "Cultivating Sustainable Communities: How to Ignite and Spread a Commitment to Sustainability."

There are tips for saving resources and money, where to buy local food all winter and details on an upcoming sustainable practices workshop for Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning professionals.

Students can read about a new course in watershed management in Costa Rica or how to apply for one of five $10,000 grants for student-led programs.
