Yoga and Wellness Workshop being held Wednesday
There will be a Yoga and Wellness Workshop Wednesday, April 15, from 6-8 p.m. in the Auburn University Chapel. This workshop will demonstrate yoga, breathing and meditation techniques which can be used to achieve better clarity of mind and ability to focus; enhanced physical and emotional well-being; ability to handle stress and negative emotions effectively; and overall improved quality of life. This event is free and open to all students.
