March Green Lunch to take place Wednesday
The Office of Sustainability will be hosting a Green Lunch on Wednesday, March 25, 12-1 p.m., in 2218 Student Center. This month's guest speaker is Douglas Casson Coutts, distinguished visiting faculty and special advisor on child hunger to the UN World Food Programme. Coutts' talk, "Food Security in the Developing World and the Need for a Sustainable Planet," is free and open to the public. Coutts is currently working with Auburn's Department of Nutrition and Food Science supporting the "Universities Fighting World Hunger" program and helping to establish a hunger studies minor.
