Berger named 2009 Distinguished Pharmacy Educator

brucebergerBruce Berger, head of the Department of Pharmacy Care Systems in the Harrison School of Pharmacy, has been named the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy's 2009 Robert K. Chalmers Distinguished Pharmacy Educator. Berger is being recognized for his excellence as an instructor, his outstanding achievements as a researcher and scholar as well as his overall impact on pharmacy education and the profession. The award is named for the late Robert K. Chalmers, former association president and distinguished educator, and recognizes excellence in pharmacy education.
