Applications being taken for undergraduate research fellowships

ovpr-blank-bgTwenty yearlong fellowships and two semester-long fellowships for research with Auburn faculty are available. Yearlong fellowships begin summer 2009 and continue through spring 2010. The annual student stipend ranges up to $4,400 and project funds range up to $1,400. Students must have sophomore standing by summer 2009, a GPA of 3.0 or better, and time to complete the fellowship before graduation. Faculty who are interested in being a mentor to an undergraduate student and are committed to teaching the student, on a one-to-one basis, how to conduct research are encouraged to apply.
