Kiplinger’s editor addressing Women’s Philanthropy Board
The College of Human Sciences' Women's Philanthropy Board will host its annual winter board meeting and luncheon at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24, featuring Janet Bodnar, editor of Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine. The event will take place at The Hotel at Auburn University. The activities will also include two concurrent career builder and networking for life workshops featuring various Women's Philanthropy Board members and other professionals. Bodnar, who will discuss "Money Smart Strategies: Everything you need to know to Achieve a Lifetime of Financial Security," is a nationally recognized expert in the field of children's and family finances. A Business and Professions Expo will feature board members before and after the luncheon. Tickets to the luncheon are available for $25 for students and $35 for other guests. Reservations are required, are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, and are not confirmed until payment is received.
