The Athletic Division of Students of Auburn Recruiting, Tigerettes and Tiger Hosts, are having tryouts for the 2009-2010 year. There will be an orientation at the Athletic Complex located at the corner of Samford Avenue and Donahue Drive Monday, Feb. 16, at 5:30 p.m. Applications will be available at the Quad Center, Athletic Complex, Student Center and online at http://www.auburn.edu/student_info/tigerettes_tigerreps/tth%20application.pdf. The interview process consists of a first round of interviews held Tuesday, Feb. 17 and Wednesday, Feb. 18 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. A list of people selected for a second-round interview will be posted Wednesday, Feb. 18, at 5:30 p.m. and second-round interviews will be Thursday, Feb. 19, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Call-outs will be held at the Athletic Complex at 6 p.m. that Thursday. The Auburn University Tigerettes & Tiger Hosts/S.O.A.R. serve as public relations representatives for the Auburn Athletic Department. This group of young women and men assists the department by working with the Athletic Director, Tigers Unlimited, the Alumni Association and at various community functions. In addition, they partner with Student Recruiters to assist the Office of University Recruitment.
