The answer to those questions are easy to answer! McDonald and every other fast food joint that we as Americans enjoy to frequent and then after ingesting the large amounts of junk we don’t have the energy to lift are fat butts off the coach and work out but we sure use the excuse that we are busier as adults these days ! Diets and weight lose programs don’t fail we do as people!
