Yoga and Latin aerobics offered by Campus Recreation
Yoga classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. in 207 Student Activities Center. Attendees should bring their ID card and a towel. Those who have a yoga mat should bring it as well. Latin aerobics will be offered on Wednesdays from 3-4 p.m. in 207 Student Activities Center. Classes will be taught by Pam Wiggins, a certified YogaFit instructor and certified aerobics instructor. Check out all of the Campus Recreation fitness classes at http://www.auburn.edu/campusrec.

I have not had any prior yoga training. Does this class teach the basics?
