Document shredding session is Jan. 26
The Facilities Division has scheduled a document shredding day Jan. 26 from 8:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. at the loading dock of the Food Services building on the corner of Donahue and Dormitory Drives. If you need help getting boxed documents to the site, call the Work Management Desk at 844-4357 and request a work order. Shredding cannot be accommodated unless Dwayne Cox has signed your Certificate of Records Destruction form. For more information, call the Solid Waste and Recycling Office at 844-9461 or visit https://fp.auburn.edu/recycling/shred.aspx for instructions on having your documents destroyed. Participating departments will be billed $3 per box submitted for shredding. All Certificate of Records Destruction forms must be submitted 48 hours before the scheduled shredding date.

Opportunities like these are very important. You will know that your confidential documents are really being disposed of instead of throwing these documents in the garbage. There is no telling where these items might end up.
