‘Room for Tourists’ exhibition on display in Biggin Gallery
The Department of Art is presenting "Room for Tourists" through Nov. 7. This is an exhibition of contemporary photography curated by Paula Katz, director and curator of the Herron Galleries at the Herron School of Art and Design, Indiana University. The exhibition features artists Anthony Faris, Dale Kennington, Mary Anne Mitchell, Laura Noel, Jerry Siegel, Constance Thalken and Chris Walker. It showcases the plethora of photographic practices today and celebrates diversity. A closing reception will be held Nov. 7 from 2-4 p.m.; several artists will appear and the general public is welcome. The Biggin Gallery hours for this exhibition are Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Contact Barb Bondy at 844-3483 for more information.
