UPC events this week

The University Program Council will present the movie “Hancock” featuring Will Smith Tuesday, Oct. 21, at 7 p.m. in Haley 2370. The movie is free to students, faculty, staff and the public. Wednesday, Oct. 22, UPC will host a political luncheon and forum in the New Student Center rooms 2222 and 2223. Lunch will be served at 11:30 and there will be a discussion with a panel of professors from noon to 1 p.m. From 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., individual discussion time with professors and representatives from the political groups on campus will take place. UPC will also be partnering with SGA to show a live feed of the Auburn vs. West Virginia game this Thursday, Oct. 23. The game will be aired on Cater lawn and has a 6:30 p.m. kickoff time with free food served at 5:30 p.m. Students are welcome to come and tailgate with UPC and special guests, the men's basketball team. There will be free giveaways and lots of fun, so join the rest of the student section on Cater lawn this Thursday.
