The Miss Auburn University Pageant will hold its first official meeting Tuesday, Oct. 14, at 8:30 p.m. in room 2222 of the Student Center. Miss Auburn University is an official preliminary to the Miss Alabama Pageant, which is part of the Miss America Organization. The 2009 Miss Auburn University Pageant will be held Jan. 30, 2009. Scholarship money is awarded to the winner and four runners up. If you were unable to attend one of our interest sessions last week and wish to participate in the pageant, the meeting on Tuesday is mandatory.
