Join the Hunger March to Montgomery

Members of the War on Hunger Committee of 19 are challenging Auburn students to join them in a Hunger March to the Capitol steps in Montgomery the weekend of Oct. 17-19. The 60-mile march will be the culmination of Hunger Awareness Week and is intended to draw attention to the plight of the 923 million people worldwide who are chronically hungry. Of that number, more than 1 in 10 households in the U.S. are living with hunger or are at risk of hunger. For more information, visit www.auburn.edu/hunger or send an e-mail to 0hunger@auburn.edu.
