Multicultural Center presenting the play “Platanos & Collard Greens”
The Multicultural Center will present the play "Platanos & Collard Greens" at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24, in the Foy Hall ballroom. Admission is free. "Platanos & Collard Greens" tells the story of two college students, Freeman, an African-American man, and Angelita, a Latino woman, both forced to confront and overcome cultural and racial prejudices while defending their bond from the biases held by family and friends.
