“Bootstraps and Glass Ceilings” talk set for Monday
"Bootstraps and Glass Ceilings: Why Alabama's Poor Women are Unable to Take Advantage of Alabama's Unprecedented Technology-Based Job Opportunities" is the title of a public lecture by poverty activist and Alabama native Amanda Vaughan.
